The accepted and registered papers can be published in the  conference proceedings,  and be sent to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Review Process: The submissions will be firstly reviewed for the paper topic and paper length. If there is no problem, it will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. The reviewers will judge the paper based on the paper topic, coverage, innovation, integrality, literary presentation, technical depth and English expression. If the paper is accepted, notification of acceptance and review form with review comments will be sent to the author's contact email address. Only accepted papers will be published in the proceedings.
